Some question about the forum.

I have some question about the forum:

What do we have to do in the forum first? Can we start a topic of a subject about thing(out of the english class or in)?

And i have another question for the admin, i am a good forum moderator, i am a moderator of a couple of forum, i have created a couple of forum and i want to help the administrator of the forum too so, thats my last question: can i help the administrator with the forum? I won't cause trouble like i ¸have seen a member with a wrong name and i have posted a PM to the admin to delete that person.

Answer me faster please.
